Zesty Cowboy Burger

The best burger you will ever sink your teeth into is the Cowboy Burger. Double patties topped with cheddar, blue cheese, onion strings, BBQ sauce, bacon and topped with honey habanero pickles.

Ingredients:

  • 4 burger patties cooked*
  • 4 strips bacon cooked
  • 1/2 cup onion strings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded*
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 6 honey habanero pickles
  • 2 sesame seed buns toasted, if desired

Direction

  1. Cook the burgers to your desired doneness in a skillet or on the grill.
  2. Assemble burgers by placing one of the burger patties onto the bottom half of two sesame seed buns.
  3. Divide the cheddar cheese between both hamburgers. Hot patties will melt the cheese. Top with an additional burger patty.
  4. Equally divide the bacon between both hamburgers. Top with the blue cheese, BBQ sauce and onions straws. Top with other half of the sesame seed bun.
  5. Secure the burger with a toothpick laced with honey habanero pickles.
