Quick Salmon Salad

This creamy salmon salad is very quick to make with canned pink salmon or leftover cooked salmon. I like to add green onions, celery, and dill to the creamy lemon dressing. Delicious on lettuce or avocado, or as a sandwich filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans pink salmon, drained
  • ½ cup finely sliced green onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill or to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon seasoned salt or to taste

Direction

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Combine salmon, green onions, celery, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl until well combined; season with dill and salt to taste.
