This earthy, spicy, and refreshing agua fresca comes together in minutes.

Ingredients:

2 cups pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 1/2 jalapeño peppers, deseeded
3/4 cup sugar
6 cups water

Direction

Add pineapple, jalapeños, sugar, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain into a glass.
