Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless pork chops
- 1 onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- cooking spray
Direction
- Combine the onion soup mix, water, lemon juice, oil, ketchup and soy sauce in an airtight bag or a large container for marinating. Marinate the pork chops for 1- 24 hours. Remove them from the refrigerator 20 minutes prior to grilling. Discard leftover marinade.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat (350°F) and spray with cooking spray or oil the grates.
- Grill on each side for 10-12 minutes. This will largely depend on how your grill holds heat and the thickness of your chops. Use a meat thermometer and aim for 145°F.
