Key Lime Pie Salad

This Key lime pie salad, a light and airy dessert salad of lime fluff mixed with mini marshmallows and bits of broken graham crackers, truly tastes like a key lime pie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin, such as jell-o®
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated key lime zest, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (such as cool whip®)
  • 8 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 graham cracker sheets, broken into 1/2-inch pieces, divided

Direction

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Whisk together condensed milk, lime gelatin, Key lime zest, and Key lime juice in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and 1/2 cup graham crackers until just combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate mixture until set, about 1 hour. Transfer to serving dish; garnish with zest and remaining 1/4 cup graham crackers before serving.
