Easy Chicken Noodle Casserole
This chicken noodle casserole is super easy to prep with cooked shredded chicken, condensed soups, any noodles, and cheese. Everyone I have made it for really likes it! Add frozen peas, broccoli florets, or sauteed mushrooms if you like.
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 pound) chicken - cooked, deboned and shredded
- 6 ounces spaghetti or egg nooodles
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Direction
- Gather the ingredients.
- Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until it is al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, condensed soups, water, salt, and pepper in a 9x13-inch baking dish; stir to combine.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture and bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and golden brown on top, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool briefly before serving.
