Apple Nacho Recipe

Apple nachos are an easy no-bake dessert featuring crunchy fresh apple slices drizzled with dreamy caramel sauce, marshmallow fluff, mini M&Ms and whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large granny smith apples cored and sliced
  • 2 large red delicious apples cored and sliced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mini m&ms
  • whipped cream

Direction

  1. Arrange apple slices on a platter.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, melt butter with marshmallows for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. If not fully melted, heat for an additional 15 seconds.
  3. Drizzle the melted marshmallow over the apple slices. Drizzle the caramel sauce over apples.
  4. Top with the mini M&Ms and a dollop of whipped cream.
